Different names for the same thing = DL065 A /
CID650 / DWW6500 / TPA065 / S065DM

This is the manual.
I've taken it apart. Click to enlage.

Just the chassis left

This well put together Chinese piece of kit contains a lot of nice things
 | A slot-in DVD player |
 | A Tuner |
 | A PowerAmp |
 | A Motorized Touch-Screen |
 | Remote control |
In the bottom there is a main board that contains
 | PT2313L Audio chip. Tone-control,
volume-control, loudness, etc. |
 | GL850 4 port USB controller. |
 | Philips SAA7114H Video decoder. I2C controlled Pal/NTSC Video Capture with
digital UTI 601 output. (digitized analogue video with synch info, blanking
intervals etc). Audio and text support. IIC control. |
 | Novatek 68521 Flat Panel Display Driver. VGA and UTI 601 Front-end. Synch
on green!! OSD support. Its got a digital LCD interface! At least if it is anything
like Novatek 68520. My guess is that the 68521 has got the UTI 601 interface
and the 68520 the UTI 656 interface. |
 | Oh yeah. There is also a processor (on socket). Novatek NT68F633L. I have
not been able to find any datasheets on the Novatek devices, but my guess is
that this is a cpu with flash. (clever huh?) |
In the screen there is a Sharp LQ065Y5DG01. The only difference between this
one and the one I ordered is "01" at the end. That specifies a
different viewing angle. One of them is supposed to be assembled upside-down.
Controller is a Sharp LZ9JG17 and there is also a 82K95 controller. It
probably handles the buttons.
Over all the design of this unit is very similar to the Bordmonitor. It's
just modern.
