Try it out without hardware by selecting 'DEMO' as on the picture below. This windows application is a great tool for configuring the PowerControl unit, and also to test the installation. To get full advantage of it the best thing is if you run it on a laptop in your car since the car PC will reboot during measuring of timing, etc. It is of size 800x480 to fill a standard LCD panel. First the COM port has to be set, and when connection is established some controls will be enabled with valid content.
If an event is issued, like "Unlock", the Time window will start counting and the stop button will be enabled. This way you can easily measure boot time for instance with the "Keep LCD On" check box ticked.
