| CON
SONANZA (1997)
The title of the piece
alludes to both the fact that the piece is composed for and dedicated to
the
Sonanza ensemble and
the rather consonant treatment of the modal soundmaterial.
The meandering dramatic
course of the piece leads the listener into diverse sections,
constructed on small
rhytmic and melodic-harmonical processes, small microstructures resulted
out of the dismantled,
informationfull exposition. Its component parts, which are returning allways
in other combinations
and under diverse aspects, are owning a special character and expression
manners, and atributes
the piece a luxuriant and varied scale of musical events. |
