Download this single-page sheet (PDF format, intended for print-out). It covers:

a day-by-day time axis for all games
all group and final round games with kick-off times
all results of all games entered
a graph to show how all teams matched up in the final rounds
group tables after each round of group play (including final tables)
the rules for deciding final group placings
probabilities for group placings depending on number of points
rules for the final tournament placing of all teams, and the team placings 1-16 entered

About the PDF files

NOTE: The sheet uses the fonts Arial and Arial Narrow.
These fonts are embedded in the PDF file.

Download the FREE Acrobat Reader if you haven't done so already.

To print a PDF file on any paper size:

Select "Page Setup" or "Print Setup" from the File menu
In the dialog, select your printer and paper size, and landscape orientation
Select Print from the File menu
Enable the option "Fit to page" or "Shrink to fit"
Click OK to print
