Rebecka Liljeberg reunited with Lukas Moodysson

Four years ago, Rebecka Liljeberg had her breakthrough in Lukas Moodysson's "Fucking Åmål" (aka Show Me Love). Now they are both competing in Venice. In different sections though, so they are not in direct competition.
- We haven't even thought about that, they say. Rebecka Liljeberg has arrived in Venice together with her boyfriend and their son, who is two months old. She won't see much of them the next few days though. Lots of interviews are awating her, something she isn't very fond of.
- Yes, doing interviews isn't the most relaxing thing you can do, says Rebecka Liljeberg, who is in Venice to compete with and promote the Russian film "Bear's Kiss", where she has one of the leading parts. The film is directed by Sergei Bodrov, who became interested in Liljeberg after seeing her in "Fucking Åmål". She asked "Åmål"-producer Lars Jönsson for advise, which resulted in the participation of his company Memfis Film as co-producer. Rebecka Liljeberg and Lukas Moodysson say they have kept in touch since they did "Fucking Åmål", and that it would be nice to work together again.
- We are not cutting the ties, explains Moodysson. Moodysson hasn't seen "Bear's Kiss" yet, but Liljeberg has seen his Venice-contribution "Lilja 4-ever".
- It's very good, but disturbing. We talked a lot about it afterwards at home. Everybody does. She doesn't have any new filmplans, she only says "anything can happen, it's nothing that I know anything about".
