Born in Helsingborg, Sweden, I grew up sailing the Öresund area and part of the Baltic Sea. Served as an apprentice in the Merchant Marine and hold a ' Yacht Master's ' licence as well as a ' Ship's Engineer, class 6 ' licence, both issued at the Maritime Academy of Malmö, Sweden. A life much revolving around sailing and the sea I maintain a genuine interest in voyaging and details of it such as planning and outfitting.
