Comment: This 7`single record was released as a promotional item for a record shop (Heta Vax) in Helsingborg, Sweden. The owner of the record shop, Bengt Olsson, did a trade with Crumb for a photo of Gus Cannon and Jim Jackson on a "Medicine Show", for two Crumb drawings.
The Gus Cannon photo was once given personally to Bengt Olsson by Gus Cannon himself.
One of the drawings was used as a label for this promo record. The music is made by famous Swedish blues artist "Peps" Persson. 
You can try to find this record at  Honest Joe's Records in Helsingborg.
(*) Explanation: This is an extremely rare record to find and there is no supply of it at Hones't Joe's.

The drawings was used on a store sign outside the shop as well as on a T-shirt and plastic bags for cd's.
